  • Are Snapped Skin Bar's products 100% clean?
    Yes, Snapped Skin Bar is not a fan of using animal ingredients/derivatives to formulate good quality skincare. We offer many effective plant based and safe lab synthesized substitutes in our products. Additionally, we do not test any formulas on animals, and our products are free of dyes, phthalates, sulfates, parabens, and parfum. In order to gain more credibility, we are planning to obtain certifications in the future.
  • I am new to skincare/have had trouble with figuring out my skin type. How do I know which products to purchase?
    Snapped Skin Bar has created a comprehensive guide to better help you understanding what your skin type may be. Please note: a formal visit to a skincare professional will provide better insight regarding you skin's condition and needs. Only a medical doctor is able to diagnose skin conditions.
  • I have placed my order. How long until my parcel is delivered?
    Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. You will be provided a tracking number once a shipping label has been created. In normal circumstances, please allow an additional 2-5 days to receive your order. Depending on logistics and external factors (e.g. weather conditions), delivery times may vary. You may refer to our shipping policy for more shipping related information.
