ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-volume periods, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be extended slightly. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
We currently ship within the United States.
Estimated delivery times:

Delivery timeframes begin once your order has shipped, not when the order is placed.
SHIPPING RATES
We offer flat rate shipping for $10.98 and free shipping on all orders over $45.00.
Promotional free shipping offers may apply during select campaigns and subscriptions.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system

INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Snapped Skin Bar is not responsible for:

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address entry, additional reshipping fees may apply.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Snapped Skin Bar is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 72 hours of the expected delivery date so we can assist with a carrier claim when applicable.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged:

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

ALL SALES POLICY
Due to the personal care and hygienic nature of skincare products:

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are enrolled in a Snapped Skin Bar subscription (including BFF programs or recurring deliveries):
Cancellation Window
You may cancel or modify your subscription at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged.
Cancellations requested after the billing cycle has processed will apply to the next renewal period.
How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription by:

Once cancelled, no future charges will occur.
Subscription Refunds
Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.
If an order has already shipped, it cannot be refunded or returned.
FAILED PAYMENTS

You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
All promotional purchases are final.
Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively.
