At the introduction level, this service is ideal for first timers, sensitive skin, and those who have not had a facial recently. To begin your service, your esthetician will complete a thorough skin analysis and craft treatment to tailor to your skin’s current needs. This facial is customized to your skin type and includes a deep cleanse, steam, hot towels, exfoliation, extractions, massage, and a hydrating mask.
Cancellation Policy
We deeply appreciate your time and loyalty as our valued customer. In return, we kindly request that you also consider our time and expertise. To ensure a seamless experience during your service, we meticulously prepare our Treatment Room in advance. We understand that circumstances may arise, and if you need to cancel your appoint If you do cancel within the 24-hour window, we regret to inform you that your deposit will be forfeited. We would like to emphasize that a "no call, no show" is completely unacceptable, and we have a strict policy in place to address this. In such cases, you will be blocked from booking future appointments. Additionally, your deposit will also be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy.
